Bedroom divisions on Le Plateau

Our mandate is to create new bedrooms that will flow with the rest of the basement. We're planning to open walls and install new windows. The space is in need of a makeover and we'll work with elements such as lighting, furniture, floor textures and wall patterns.

The basement has a lot of potential, with it's angles and rectangular shape. At first the idea to excavate seemed best to gain height. However, it didn't fit within the budget. We'll review the layout adding comfort to common areas while meeting the client objectives.

Having new bedrooms or guest rooms in a basement generally has many advantages. The new divisions will reconfigure the entire layout.
