Laminate floor in Ville-Marie

Modernizing the look of a generational home in downtown Montreal

Moving into a centennial home can sometimes come with restoration challenges. There's a few things that will instantly give a new look to a home.

In this project the client wants to remove carpet and redo the floor in most of the house. There's about 1762 sq.ft. of material to remove and install.

The plank selected, a brown-beige oak with orange highlights, is a material that will blend in with the open space concept. The client purchased the material from a brand in Germany that distributes in Quebec.

We have to make sure the cost stays within budget and timing is a determining factor to obtaining the contract.
