The skylight was removed on both floors to gain a few feet and remodel two bathrooms. An upgrade in the kitchen to change the floor and countertop space.

This phase was completed in August 2024 by a general contractor.

In the bathrooms, furniture in grey and blue. Earthy tones on the walls for a warm look. In the kitchen a brick style backsplash paired with a white countertop.
